Expert’s role and experience
Interim Senior HR Business Partner
The expert was responsible for supporting a key business department in the areas of recruitment, onboarding and daily team management, as well as for building the foundations of the HR function in the organisation. They worked directly with managers and the leadership team, implementing solutions which supported the scaling of structures and the development of competencies in the company.
