Valmet Technologies and Services S.A. is an international organisation developing advanced technologies, solutions and services for the paper industry. The Polish plant, located in the Lower Silesia voivodship, specialises in the production of components and solutions for customers from all over the world, combining engineering experience with a modern approach to production organisation.
Thanks to cooperation with Redegate, we got access to a pool of qualified candidates for the position of Transformation Manager in time that was uncomparably shorter than in traditional recruitment processes. The candidates in question were available ASAP. Thanks to support from Redegate, a project involving the transformation of a traditional plant specialising in steel constructions into a modern unit that would serially produce machine-made clothing for the paper industry started without unnecessary delays.
