Terms of the Affiliation Programme Redegate.com

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Redegate affiliation programme (hereinafter referred to as: “the Programme”) is aimed at registered users of the platform at Redegate.com (hereinafter referred to as: “Experts”), who give Redegate (hereinafter referred to as: “the Organiser”) information about projects related to a demand for Consultants or Interim Managers in companies.

1.2. The purpose of the Programme is to enable Experts to obtain remuneration in the form of commissions for providing information about projects which result in signing a contract by Redegate.

2. Conditions of Participation in the Programme

2.1. In order for a project submission to qualify for the Programme, an Expert must complete the form available at Redegate.com or send the submission directly to the following email address: kontakt@redegate.com.

2.2. The submission must include the following:

  • Personal data of the contact person in the company.
  • Company deails of the company which the submission concerns.
  • A brief description of the demand for a Consultant or an Interim Manager.

2.3. The Expert who submits a project according to the requirements above becomes entitled to obtain commissions as long as the conditions provided for in Article 3 are met.

3. Commission Calculation Conditions

3.1. The Expert is entitled to a commission amounting to 20% generated by Redagate for every completed day of consulting as part of the project about which the Expert provided information, under the condition that a contract has been signed with the company which the submission concerns.

3.2. The commission is calculated for every month of carrying out the project, and the payment is made monthly, based on reports provided to the Expert by Redegate.

3.3. The Expert is entitled to the commission for the entire duration of the project, without quantitative restrictions as to the number of consulting days.

3.4. The condition for the commission payment shall be the following:

  • A project submission by the Expert.
  • A project contract signed by Redegate and the company submitted by the Expert.

3.5. The Expert is not entitled to commisions for projects concerning companies which received cooperation offers from Redegate in the last 12 months before the submission was made.

4. Additional Commissions

4.1. The Expert is also entitled to a commission for other projects carried out by Redegate in the same business unit of the company submitted by the Expert, provided that contact was initiated thanks to the Expert. The commission is calculated for one calendar year, starting from the day when the company was submitted.

4.2. The Expert is entitled to a 5% commission for recommending a new Expert, who has not been registered in the Redegate database so far, for an open Redegate project. The condition for the commission calculation shall be a contract signed by Redegate and the recommended Expert and carrying out the project.

5. Commission Payment

5.1. The commission shall be paid to the Expert on the basis of monthly reports provided by Redegate. The reports shall include the number of consulting days completed during the project.

5.2. The Expert shall issue a VAT invoice for Redegate with a 14-day payment date, covering the amount specified in the monthly reports.

5.3. The commission payments shall be made to the bank account indicated in by the Expert. The payments shall be made within 3 working days, starting from the date of receiving payment from the end Client, for whom the project is carried out.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

6.1. Redegate reserves the right to reject the submission if the company about which the Expert provided information was already involved in the negotiation process with Redegate in the last 12 months.

6.2. The Expert is not entitled to a commission if the project is not finalised before signing the contract by Redegate and the company submitted by the Expert.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Redegate reserves the right to change the terms of the Programme at any time. Amendments to these terms shall enter into force upon their publication at Redegate.com.

7.2. In matters not covered by these terms, the Terms and Conditions of Redegate.com and Polish law provisions shall apply.

7.3. Any disputes arising from participation in the Programme shall be settled by the court competent for the registered office of Redegate.
